RICHARD FENN

Richard has been sub-contracting to architectural practices since 1969.

This has brought him a wealth of knowledge when it comes to developing and extending properties. Most of his projects comes through recommendations by builders so feels that they feel confident in how a proposal can be constructed. In more complex cases the company uses structural engineers, party wall specialists, planning and ecological consultants to provide the support that planning authorities and building control departments need to process applications.

In his spare time Richard is an avid golfer and a member at Henley Golf Club
